Daleville, VA — Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group announces the successful sale of 0 Market Ridge Lane, a 3.48-acre development site located along the rapidly growing HWY 220 corridor in Daleville, Virginia. The property sold for $1,680,000 ($482,759/acre).

The property is one of the few remaining undeveloped parcels in this highly sought-after commercial corridor and offers exceptional accessibility and visibility.  The new owner plans to develop the site for medical use, complementing its existing professional medical center located directly across the street.
