Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group today announced the sale of a 2.02 Acre retail site located at the intersection of Peters Creek Road and Airport Road in Roanoke County. The property sold for $784,000 and will be delivered to the purchaser as a retail pad-ready site with a new entrance to the adjacent stop lighted intersection.
The purchaser, Piedmont Companies Inc., plans to utilize this highly visible corner site for the development of a new free-standing Goodwill retail store. Dennis Cronk and Matt Huff represented the Seller in this transaction.
