ROANOKE, VA – Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group today announced the sale of two free standing retail buildings totaling 11,362 square feet. The L.A. Fashions building at 3328 Melrose Avenue NW and the former Vogue Cleaners building located at 3322 Melrose Avenue NW and Roanoke, Virginia sold for $375,000.
