Roanoke County Schools – New CTE Location
Roanoke, VA – Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group is pleased to announce a multi-parcel sale of 28+ acres along Peters Creek Road to the Roanoke County School Board for the future home of the new Roanoke County Public Schools Career and Technical Education Center.
Several sites were identified by the Citizen Advisory Committee as possible locations and we are pleased to have been able to negotiate and secure the purchase of the site recommended by the Committee. Poe & Cronk is honored to have been able to assist in moving this project one step closer to reality.
