Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group today announced the sale-leaseback of a 74,724 SF manufacturing facility located at 176 Eastpark Drive in Roanoke, Virginia.
The tenant, Tread Corporation, signed a long term triple net lease to remain in the building. The property sold for $2,700,000. Dennis Cronk and Matt Huff represented the Seller/Tenant in the transaction.
