Roanoke, VA – Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group today announced the sale of the former Valley Cadillac dealership on Franklin Road in Roanoke, VA.
After marketing the property for a short period, Poe & Cronk identified a development company in South Carolina that was interested in purchasing the property and repurposing the site. The purchaser plans to redevelop the property into a new self-storage facility.
The property sold for $2,500,000.
