Roanoke, VA – Poe & Cronk today announced the sale of the Girl Scouts Building located at 3663 Peters Creek Road in Roanoke, Virginia. The 9,434-square-foot building was built in 1982 and sold for $940,000, or $100 per square foot.
The new owner intends to continue operating the building and providing a supportive environment for the tenant. The building features a spacious open floor plan, plenty of parking, and convenient access to major roads, including I-81. The building will be available for lease in July of 2023.
Bryan Musselwhite, CCIM, represented the seller and Jacob Quesinberry represented the buyer in the transaction.
