Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group today announced the sale of a 0.52 acre corner retail site located at 1611 Hershberger Road, in Roanoke, VA.
This former StellerOne bank site was purchased by MemberOne Federal Credit Union and sold for $750,000. The existing building will be remodeled and utilized as a new MemberOne branch banking location. Matt Huff, CCIM represented the Purchaser in this transaction.
