Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group today announced the sale of a 51,493 SF Office Building in Roanoke, VA. The building is situated on 8.15 Acres at 1410 Coulter Drive, NW located next to the Roanoke-Blacksburg Regional Airport. The building was the former regional Operations Center for BB&T. The Roanoke-Blacksburg Regional Airport Commission has purchased the building.
The building sold for $2,307,500. Jacob Quesinberry represented the Seller in this transaction.
