This site is located adjacent to the revitalized First & Main shopping center on South Main Street in Blacksburg and will be used for the construction of a new child daycare center. The property sold for $638,700.
The purchaser is working in partnership with Rainbow Child Care Centers to provide a new daycare facility at this Blacksburg location. Construction is expected to begin shortly. Matt Huff, CCIM and Cece Currie represented the Purchaser in identifying and securing the sale of this new site.
