Roanoke, VA – Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group announced the lease of 8,244 sq ft of office space at 5251 Concourse Dr., Roanoke VA in the Park at Valleypointe.
The new tenant, Archer Western, will lead the design and construction of the upcoming Interstate 81 expansion out of their new office at the Park at Valleypointe. The transaction required skillful negotiation on multiple levels which included the buyout of an existing tenant.
