LEXINGTON, VA – Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group today announced they have successfully negotiated a long-term lease with the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) at Stonewall Square Shopping Center in Lexington, VA. The lease for the DMV’s new Rockbridge County office will allow them to expand and modernize their operations and better serve the citizens of the surrounding area.
The DMV will join other new tenants including Harbor Freight Tools, Valley Trust Insurance and Ollies in the rejuvenated shopping center.
Stephen Pendergrass of Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group represented the owner of the property in negotiating the lease with the tenant, the Department of Motor Vehicles.
