Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group Announces New Large Downtown Office Lease

ROANOKE, VA – Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group is proud to announce Allstate Insurance Company’s entrance into the downtown Roanoke Office Market. The large insurer has signed a new office lease to become a tenant at the Stone Printing Building located at 116 N. Jefferson Street, adjacent to the Hotel Roanoke and Roanoke Higher Education Center. Allstate will occupy the entire 48,000 SF building, which can accommodate more than 300 employees.

Bryan Musselwhite and Matt Huff of Poe and Cronk Real Estate Group represented the Landlord in securing the Tenant at this location.
