The 23-acre property at 1919 9th Street, formerly home to American Electric Power, includes an 80,391-square-foot industrial building with office and warehouse space.
This property will now be incorporated into the adjoining transformational “Riverdale” project in Southeast Roanoke. This 125-acre former industrial site is being reimagined and redeveloped to create a vibrant sustainable space that will serve as a hub for businesses, creatives, and the local community.
The sale price was $3,350,000. Poe & Cronk facilitated the entire transaction for all parties. Adam Hardy, CCIM, represented the seller, while Bryan Musselwhite, CCIM, and Matt Huff, CCIM, represented the purchaser.
