Roanoke, VA – Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group announces the completion of a lease renewal that has won the CoStar Impact Award recognizing the Lease of the Year. Valley Court tenant, CCS Medical, renewed their lease at 3601 Thirlane Rd., Roanoke, VA in a challenging office market. The deal was one of Roanoke’s largest leases in 2023 and is evidence of confidence in Roanoke and the medical supply business.
The deal was structured by Stephen Pendergrass and Bryan Musselwhite, alongside Poe & Cronk’s Property Management team who played a crucial role in the negotiations. The Poe & Cronk property management team is headed by Kent Rosenberger.
