Stephen Pendergrass has joined Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group where he will specialize in both commercial and residential sales and leasing services.
Prior to joining the firm Stephen spent seven years working in the banking industry where he gained an understanding of finance and its relationship to real estate.
A strong believer in serving his community, Stephen has had the privilege to serve several local organizations including the Red Cross and Rebuilding Together Roanoke.
Stephen’s professional affiliations include the National Association of Realtors, Virginia Association of Realtors, and the Roanoke Valley Association of Realtors, where he serves as the Chair of the Community Service Committee.
