Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group takes great pride in recognizing its Top Producers for 2014.
Thom Hubard earned the Overall Top Producer Award for 2014, along with Darrell Morris (Largest Number of Sales Transactions), Bryan Musselwhite (Largest Number of Lease Transactions). Stephen Pendergrass earned the firm’s “Rising Star” award for outstanding achievement as a new agent.
Poe & Cronk finished 2014 as the firm’s best performing year in its 28-year history. Sales transaction volume increased 52% with the total number of new lease transactions also rising 34% over 2013. The increase in completed transactions, coupled with strong growth in the firm’s Property and Facility Management portfolio, paved the way for a very successful year.
