ROANOKE, VA – Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group, Inc. is pleased to announce the sale of the Brown Edwards building at 319 McClanahan Ave. in Roanoke, VA. The property sold for $2,275,000.
The property was purchased by ETS Recruit which was founded in 2001 and serves to place medical professionals in practices all across the country. This purchase is a significant expansion for ETS and will facilitate their continued growth in Roanoke.
The Seller, Brown Edwards, is expanding its operation and will be moving to 3906 Electric Road SW in mid-2022. It will remain in its current location until construction and renovation are complete at its new headquarters location.
