ROANOKE, VA – Today Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group announced the sale of 442 Rutherford Avenue which serves as the office headquarters facility for Roanoke’s Branch Group. The property was purchased by an investor in a sale-leaseback transaction that will allow the seller to remain in the facility as a tenant. The property sold for $2,900,000 at an 11.4% cap rate.
