Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group today announced the sale of two retail buildings at 3854 & 3862 Electric Road to First Citizens Bank.
The retail buildings sold for 2.1 million. First Citizens Bank plans on demolishing both buildings to construct a new bank branch.
Bill Poe, CCIM, SIOR and Roger Jackson facilitated this transaction on behalf of the Purchaser, First Citizens Bank and Dennis Cronk, CCIM, CIPS, CRE represented the Seller.
