Nick Henritze serves as a Sales and Leasing Advisor at Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group where he focuses on commercial, industrial, and investment transactions. Nick was born and raised in Roanoke, Virginia. He then attended Virginia Tech, where he graduated with a degree in Finance.

During college, Nick was involved in many organizations on campus, including the Real Estate, Finance, and Entrepreneurship Clubs. Living in Blacksburg and Roanoke has provided Nick with a vast knowledge of the region and many local relationships. Nick is dedicated to building long-lasting relationships with clients and helping them achieve favorable terms on every deal.

He is an active member of the Roanoke Valley Association of Realtors (RVAR), the Virginia Association of Realtors (VAR), and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
