Matthew Grigg, ACoM, has joined the firm as a Portfolio Manager in the Property and Facility Management Department.  Matthew will be instrumental in managing our rapidly growing commercial managed property.  He brings over 6 years of experience in commercial real estate asset management.

Matthew is an experienced management professional leading over 1 million square feet of mixed portfolio of retail, office, and industrial product types in the Richmond, VA area.  He brings experience with annual reconciliations, budgeting, tenant and capital improvements to include base building and interior renovations.  He holds the (ACoM) designation with the Institute of Real Estate Management.
