Dale Porterfield serves as the Maintenance Engineer for the firm’s downtown Roanoke portfolio that consists of commercial office and flex buildings. Mr. Porterfield brings more than 20 years of experience in hotel, HVAC, repair, and building maintenance.

Dale has a great deal of experience with mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems by trade and learned countless other skills working in the hospitality and property maintenance industry at Hotel Roanoke for 20 years.
