Mincon, an international engineering firm with regional headquarters in Roanoke, VA, signed a 4,300 SF office lease at 109 Norfolk Ave. NW in Roanoke, Virginia. Mincon specializes in the design, development, manufacturing and servicing of hard-rock drilling and have been in operation for 40+ years.
Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group handled both sides of the transaction with Bryan Musselwhite, CCIM representing the landlord and Adam Hardy, CCIM, CLTD representing the tenant.
