ROANOKE, VA – Nick Breese has joined the team at Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group where he will specialize in the sale and leasing of commercial and industrial real estate.
After a very successful 25-year career in the automotive & recreational vehicle industry, Nick is excited to begin his second career in the commercial real estate field. Nick’s professional experience includes serving as a Commercial Accounts Manager with the Ford Motor Company where he assisted local and national companies with the purchase or lease of their commercial vehicles. He has also served as a General Manager for some of the region’s most prominent dealerships handling the day to day business operations.
While serving in the United States Marine Corps Nick learned the discipline, dedication, and commitment that it takes to be successful in any endeavor or aspect of life. These are traits he is able to use to assist clients in obtaining their objectives.
Nicks professional affiliations include the Roanoke Valley Association of Realtors, Virginia Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and he is also a member of the USA Triathlon Association.
