Following an extensive nationwide search for a highly qualified senior property management executive, we are excited to announce Bob Martin, RPA has joined the firm as its Director of Property Management Services” according to Dennis Cronk, President/CEO of Poe & Cronk. His responsibilities will include overseeing Poe & Cronk’s rapidly growing Commercial Property and Facility Management Division.
Mr. Martin has over 25 years of corporate real estate and property management experience in various capacities for regional developers and global third-party management companies. His experience as Director of Property Management in the Atlanta area included managing and overseeing large portfolios encompassing over 2.5 million square feet of Class A office, medical office, retail and industrial real estate.
One of his noteworthy achievements includes leading the property management team in the commissioning and occupancy of the Emory Crawford Long Hospital Medical Office Building in midtown Atlanta. The 14-story, 357,782-square-foot facility tops the five-story Emory Crawford Long Hospital.
Bob brings a wealth of industry knowledge to Poe & Cronk. As an active member with BOMA he served two terms on the Atlanta BOMA Board of Directors and holds the Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation.
