ROANOKE, VA – Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group is excited to announce that Deschutes Brewery has leased 4,670 square feet of retail space at Market Station in downtown Roanoke for their first Roanoke Public House location. This new retail concept at 315 Market Street will be located at street level at the corner of Market St. and Church Ave in a historic mixed-use residential, office, and retail condominium building. This location will feature a tasting room for Deschutes brews as well as retail merchandise and event space.
Bryan Musselwhite of Poe & Cronk represented the owner of the property in negotiating the lease with Deschutes at this new location.
According to Bryan, “We are so excited to be able to bring this fantastic new destination to the heart of downtown Roanoke. The plans Deschutes has for the space look incredible – like nothing else we have in downtown.”
According to Deschutes, the company plans to have the location open for business by August 2017.
