ROANOKE, VA – Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group is excited to announce Kent Rosenberger, RPA has joined the firm as a Vice President and its Director of Property and Facility Management Services.
Kent will be leading Poe & Cronk’s rapidly growing commercial management team and managed property portfolio.
Mr. Rosenberger brings more than 20 years of experience in various capacities for local and institutional high-performance commercial real estate asset management. He is a seasoned leader with experience in managing and overseeing multiple Class A portfolios including over 3 million square feet in the Washington, DC metro area. He was instrumental in overseeing the property management and construction management for multiple properties and projects including 700,000 square feet of Class A office space in Bethesda, MD for PGIM Real Estate and over 1.5 million square feet of Class A and B office space for Brookfield Partners. He also led the way to ensure the portfolio achieved Energy Star, BOMA360 and LEED Gold Certification.
Kent brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Poe & Cronk and our clients. He holds the Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation and is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) candidate with the Institute of Real Estate Management.
