Kent Rosenberger, RPA has joined the firm as a Vice President and its Director of Property and Facility Management Services. Kent will be leading Poe & Cronk’s rapidly growing commercial management team and managed property portfolio.  Mr. Rosenberger brings more than 20 years of invaluable experience in various capacities for local and institutional high-performance commercial real estate asset management.

Kent is a seasoned leader with experience in managing and overseeing multiple Class A portfolios including over 3 million square feet in the Washington, DC Metro area.  He was instrumental in overseeing the property management and construction management for multiple properties and projects including 700,000 square feet of Class A office space in Bethesda, MD for PGIM Real Estate and over 1 million square feet of Class A and B office space in Rockville, MD, Arlington, VA and Alexandria, VA for Brookfield Properties.  He has led his portfolios to multiple Energy Star, BOMA360 and LEED Gold Certifications.  As an experienced Construction Manager, Kent brings the knowledge and experience for design build projects including Class A office build outs, spec suites, elevator modernizations, roof, generator and HVAC replacements, as well as ADA renovations and modifications.  He holds the Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation and is Certified Property Manager (CPM) candidate with the Institute of Real Estate Management.
