Jennifer joined Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group as the Property Accountant in 2024. Jennifer hails from the Pacific Northwest and graduated from Washington State University with a bachelor’s in business administration and accounting. In 2022, she made the big move from Washington state with her husband and young son to Virginia to be near family on this side of the country.

Jennifer’s background consists of over 15 years of experience in the commercial and residential construction industry. With her past employers, she worked closely with the Owners & Chief Financial Officer as a Finance Manager, Office Manager and Accountant/Bookkeeper. Her background consists of a wide range of accounting experience such as producing company financials, cash flows, contracts, estimating, while also acting as the liaison between lenders, vendors, subcontractors, and owners.
