Adam Hardy, CCIM, is an agent with Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group. He specializes in the sale and leasing of commercial and industrial real estate, as well as vacant land, farm land and multifamily properties. His primary market areas include the Roanoke Valley, Bedford, and Lynchburg markets.
Before joining Poe & Cronk, Adam was a sales and leasing agent with Gary W. Case and Company, Inc. in Lynchburg. Prior to that position he worked in local government as a senior appraiser with the City of Lynchburg Assessor’s Office. Adam is a graduate of Radford University with majors in Finance, History and Psychology.
Adam has been awarded the coveted Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) qualification. The designation is awarded to commercial real estate professionals upon completion of a graduate level curriculum and attainment of a high level of transactional experience and success. CCIM’s are recognized experts in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation and investment analysis and form a business network encompassing 1,000 markets throughout North America, Asia, Europe and the Caribbean. Of the estimated 125,000 commercial real estate practitioners in North America, only about 6% have currently achieved the CCIM designation.
