Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group today announced Tire Centers, Inc. has just signed a new long term net lease on 28,000 SF of industrial warehouse and distribution space located at 3030 Nicholas Avenue in Roanoke, Virginia.
Tire Centers, Inc. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Michelin North America, Inc. and will use this facility for tire distribution and service functions.
Matt Huff, CCIM and Dennis Cronk, CCIM, CIPS, CRE represented the Landlord in the negotiation and execution of this new lease.
